? The house has a wonderful vibe about it and is a great place to live with views over the tree tops of Balgowlah and onto greenery where ever you look.

o See the photo of the "front room" which has a TV with Foxtel and an open fire and opens onto a sunny north facing balcony ? good place for that morning coffee.
o The other living area is off the kitchen and opens on to a entertainer's patio with a BBQ
? The room is fully furnished with a king size bed, desk and large wardrobe and bedding is included. As you will see from the photos it the large window looks out onto a sunny north facing private balcony. I supply the linen; but your job to wash it. There's a desk and chair, monitor and big wardrobe. While the room isn't large you have the use of the very comfy and huge lounge room (Front room) and outdoor living area.
? The bus stop for city, Manly and Milsons Point only a 3 minute walk away and there is plenty of street parking. A 10 min walk to the Seaforth Village will captivate you with the choice of great restaurants, cafe and the usual village range of shops and services.
You are:
? An employed mature person who is sociable and independent.
? Having the 2 living areas means we can share the house without being under each other's feet.
? Someone who needs somewhere nice to stay during the week and is out and about on the weekend.
? Someone who doesn't have any bedroom or other furniture (it?s all already here and I don?t have storage)
? Someone who works in Sydney from Monday to Friday and goes back home or away on the weekends and just needs somewhere nice to stay during the working week. Use of laundry,
